Stedara is a screened-access educational program. Screening is intended to improve suitability, not to guarantee individual outcomes.
Your payment provides access to the program and its associated materials. Individual response varies, and payment does not include a guarantee of benefit, improvement, or suitability.
Controlled 30-day money-back option.
A first-time purchaser may request a refund within 30 days of purchase if they have completed the required screening, completed the Stedara process in good faith, used the method in the intended situations over the relevant period, and not noticed a change while using the method.
This money-back option is intended to reduce the risk of trying the program. It does not constitute a guarantee of results, clinical improvement, or suitability for every individual. Individual responses vary. One refund per person.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts, or modifies any rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded under Australian Consumer Law.
Where consumer guarantees apply, you may have rights to a remedy if our services are not supplied with due care and skill, are not fit for a disclosed purpose, or do not comply with applicable statutory guarantees.
Where Australian Consumer Law requires a remedy, we will provide that remedy in accordance with the law.
